Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Plant bulbs and live plants
  • Opened bags of compost, soil, or bark chippings
  • Used garden tools and equipment (lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made garden ornaments

Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
